其实要是有宽带的话，可以用网络电话啦，skype，我们好几个人都用的，音质什么不错，而且很方便。打回国，人民币2毛5不到，手机座机都可以打，小灵通也打的通的 。
不过买点数得用国际信用卡，而且我的长城卡就买成功过一次，后来就再也买不了了，说是帐户冻结，可打电话去查又说我的帐户一切正常，比较郁闷……

I signed mobile contract with 150 min/month and need to spend them, that´s why i´d like to use an IP card. I know skype, but I think it´s easy to use an IP card, I have nice experiece in using Dragon card. I just moved to Tilburg, still not familiar with the city around yet.

总算用上自己电脑了,可以用中文了.以前呆在leeuwarden,有同学是卖卡的,所以一直没有断过粮,现在到了tilburg人生地不熟啊.还是买你的卡试试吧
