我是UTwente新生，按照学校帮我反签的要求，我给学校汇了13000欧的费用，然后现在签证顺利的办下来了。
我想请问的是，到达荷兰以后办residential permit，除了这13000欧元（学校会给我证明），还需要再提供其他的资金证明吗？我看UT给我发的邮件是说Proof of financial means
The Dutch government/University of Twente demand non-EU students, who want to stay in the
Netherlands for longer than 90 days to prove that they have sufficient financial means for living in the
Netherlands. There are two ways to prove that you have sufficient financial means:
UT给的方案要么是奖学金，要么是汇13000欧。也就是Money transfer: If you don’t have a scholarship, you must transfer € 13.000 to the University of Twente bank account. This
transfer includes your tuition fee and proof of sufficient financial
means. Once the money has been received, the university will
send you a ‘Statement of Deposit’ by email. After deduction of
tuition fees and visa costs, the remainder of the € 13.000 will be
transferred to your personal bank account in the Netherlands.
Payments must be made in Euros (€) and without charges to the
beneficiary. Please mention your personal student number/visa
with the money transfer
