中介email了合同，不过我还没签

我这个中介没有说要合同费之类的，网站上也没写啊。
但说了，如果租房成功，收一个月月租的中介费(mediation fee)，不含BTW。

你问问中介么，看看他们哪里有规定。

We have received your email regarding the contract and other things.
We have noticed that you will not agree with the contract and so we have to discuss the following.

Because of the fact that you have approved in your emails we have had to make an contract. During of this fact we made several costs.
We also have had to let several candidates know that you are the new person that would rent it.

In this case we have to charge you  E 250,-- ex VAT for the contract we made regarding the agreement we made  by email.

Please let us know how you will pay the above announced sum.

我租的时候也是收了一个月房租，合同费还有加税。但是那个时候我问过中介，除非房子成功交易，不然是不收任何费用的，反正都是个模板，换个地址名字而已。

合同费每家都收，我曾经问过，这个是什么东西，他说，保障双方利益的法律文书。每家交的不一样，我找的这家是50，directwoning好像是100欧。

直觉上感到250贵了。如果你们事先没说好的话，争取一下吧
