The double game is played by two pairs against each other. Suppose that A plays together with B against C and D. In the first game A is the one that first serves the ball. After that it is again A’s turn to serve the ball and so on and on… till the game is played. Then for example C is going to serve. After that game, B serves. And at least D serves. Now you have played four games and you go the same further as in the beginning. So after D serves game, A is serving etc. etc.Just as in the single game the player starts serving from the right side of the field. The partner of the server stays in the left field, in front of the net. After scoring a point the player in the left field goes to the right and so on and on…The players from the opposite team only have to change their places back- and forwards, but not changing the field (left or right). They change places back- and forwards until a set is won. In the beginning of the next set they can change the position (left or right side of the field) and decide who is going to serve the ball. |
