ZZP: zelfstandige zonder personeel

有没有前辈注册过这个ZZP啊？不知道麻不麻烦呢？谢谢啦~~

it's not complicated, but there are some disadvantages. e.g. u tax etc. u need to do by urself (if u're normal employee, this will be done by company, but now u've to do it by urself, since u're the boss of urself), and u'll get more problem with ur AOW (details pls ask bank, as i know, it's difficult to build up ur pension), further, if u wanna buy a house, it's difficult to get a good hypothec from the bank.

注册是不麻烦的，只不过如果选择做ZZP的话就要想清楚了。自己给自己打工有很多时候比给老板打工还辛苦呢，而且LS说的比如税和房贷就没那么容易了。 好在自己给自己打工落个自由，累了就少干点儿，没事儿的时候就多干点儿。

谢谢回复。这个注册了以后如果想注销的话可以吗？不知道税和房贷会有哪些问题呢？非常感谢~~

normally a company hires an agent to do his "belastingangift"etc., since it's complicated. u work for urself, do u have the money to hire an agent? if u cannot, can u handel this by urself? about hypothec, it's difficult to get, since u don't have a stable income (u work for urself, if there is work, u've income, if there is no work, no one hires u, then u don't income). if u're an emplyee, who have a contract for "onbepaald tijd" it's easier to get a higher hypothec
