How to change your password (you still remember your current password):
Click on 'Change Password' on top of this page and enter all the information.
Bear in mind:
- None of your previous used passwords can be reused.
- The password may not contain more than 2 subsequent characters which are being used in your username (short logon name or email address)
- The password must contain characters from at least 3 of the next categories:
Upper-case letters (A-Z)
Lower-case letters (a-z)
Numbers (0-9)
Symbols (for example !$#,%)
- The password must consist at least 8 characters (although some applications/websites can only handle a maximum of 16 characters).
- The password is case sensitive.
- The password expires 90 days after it has been changed.
- Due to the replication time between servers it may take a few minutes before you can logon with your new password.
