上诉期间可以申请RETURN VISA 出国嘛？急急急

        本人申请学生ID 被拒  目前已经递交材料上述，目前有急事 回国  不知道 能不去去贴 RETURN VISA ？有人说 基本不可能，  真的 急啊~希望知道的大虾 告诉下我 谢谢！

yes, u can, u need to have a fixed time from when until when u'll be abroad. make an appointment with IND, they'll base on this period to give u RV. BUT u'd better do stay in NL, because u don't know when the decision from IND will be made. if IND makes the decision when u're still abroad, ur RV is automatically not valid anymore and u cannot come back. So taking RV is taking a risc.

一般正常情况下上诉期间不可以申请RV的。不过我以前同屋上诉期间申请到了RV，这是特例了，主要是办事人员比较糊涂。
