关于注册 eenmanzaak

请问留学生可以在荷兰注册 eenmanzaak 公司吗？请注册过得朋友们分享一下经验。谢谢。

U can call KVK in Groningen and u need to make an appointment and go there personally. Someone will speak with u to see the possibility. If u don't have a nice business idea + ur ID needs to be extended per year, u've little chance to get permission. KVK will advice u not to registrate.

这个东西就是走过场，收钱的，怎么去都可以注册上的。而且为什么要打给groningen的kvk呢，每个地区都有自己的kvk。

yes, it's true. I come from Groningen, so I automatically wrote down, hehe, sorry.

KVK advised me not to do it, because at that moment I held KM ID and it was valid for one year. And I was told that there would be a lot of risk when I'm lack of experience etc. In all case, they didn't wanna registrate me.

that's strange, i registered in amsterdam without any problem. no questions asked, they didnt give any "advice" either. they said anyone can register eenmanszaak in holland. guess i was lucky.
