自创BV的事问的多了，在荷兰设立分公司该怎么办？

国内有家公司，前身是政府部门，现在想在荷兰扩展业务。主要目的是招徕荷兰客户。
我想打听一下公司主体在国内，来荷兰开设分公司的可能性，大概和BV有何不同？税怎么交，能不能作为让我申请KM或WP的依据？

不知道荷兰怎么样，这个情况在国内的话是开设公司代表处。中国规定是可以给代表副代表办理工作签证。

我个人感觉荷兰这边应该和工行刚刚开的分行性质差不多。母公司够强大的话，办理KM什么的应该是没有问题。

The manager of the company in China has to personally come to NL for company registration in NL. Detailed info u need to ask KVK. U can call them to make an appointment and the manager needs to go to Notaris and bank (need to have 18000 euro). After that u need to find ur company place. KVK needs to know this address. The process is easy and a few days later the company in China can apply for u KM as u're gonna work at his filiale in NL.
