一个苦恼我好久的疑问。。关于面包冷冻

来荷兰也有两年半了 只要是住在一栋房子里面的荷兰人 我都发现他们有同样的习惯。。把面包冷冻。。
不管是吐司 餐包 长棍 统统买来一大堆放倒冷冻柜里 跟他们何用冰箱就特别头疼 占得满满的 什么都塞不进去
我一直觉得面包就吃个新鲜。。平时连冷藏柜都不愿放 现吃现买 可这事真让我太费解了。。。。
这是有什么科学道理么？抑或者养生长寿。。？
希望有达人能解答一下。。了却我多年心结。。

is just for fresh, no other meaning, bread more than 3 days, Dutch finds that the bread is not fresh anymore. If they don't do them in the freezer, they will really throuw them away. u can try it too. when u take out the bread and let it cool down and get softer, the bread is just like out of oven.

我也是，不然一条土司一次吃不完，放着不是不新鲜，是会硬化。放冰箱下次拿出来化掉还是一样松软，也可以放微波炉加热后食用。

主要之前没尝试过 所以不太理解这个行为 说不定我以后就加入他们行列了。。。。

我家也是一样的，每次吃前，拿出几片，放到室温就跟刚买的吃起来一样了。 不过都是切片的面包，法式长棍没试过。

yes, it's true, my ENG is totally not good, just because my laptop is totally brocken after having been used for 5 years. I use my BF's laptop, so doesn't have chin. system, also cannot install anymore, his laptop is almost full, otherwise will be so slowly, anyway, i'd like to help people, as long as i know, i will let message here.
