already explained to u before, he is still student, so he cannot apply for partner ID so that u can come to here. without this partner ID, u cannot apply for financial help from Dutch government. there are two ways for u, one way, apply by urself for school and apply for scholarship, see whether u can receive it, then u come to NL as holding a student visa. the other way is to wait for him. after having finished his study and he has a job, then he can apply for u to come to NL. ur visa will be partner ID, at that moment, u can receive financial help from Dutch government. he can have income however it might crash with his student grant income limit~

and for scholarship case, the school I've apply is a private school so there's no scholarship at all

his income has to be min. 1400 bruto per month (normally part time u cannot earn such a lot) and min. one year contract. IND cannot believe that a student can study and at the same time also have a year full time contract

what abt ppl with investment and saving
that's ridiculous with holland government

hehe, be straight, if u wanna now come to NL, u've to apply for study visa, (no grant), after his study, u can change the purpose of stay as partner ID; or u wait him in China now and later come to NL when he is graduated and has a job. period.

以PARTNER身份来荷兰也要先在荷兰王国使馆考荷兰语。荷兰语通不过也拿不到入境签证。2011年4月1日起该考试难度将会提高。

结不结婚的话  只要你来荷兰和他一起 就必须要先考试然后申请签证
