这样啊~我是没有签PA....因为没要求签，所以也就不太清楚了

那如果我过了学校的申请deadline再说不去了，他们会不会再把名额推给下一个？？

还是很多人在waiting list上吧，deadline只是受理材料的日期，跟录取没太大关系，之后还是有人会收到AD的

总觉得如果确定不去了果断推比较好，太晚说学校会毛掉的。。。 参考415协议。。。

415协议是啥。。。。

米国的，如果申请人在415之后推了一个415协议学校的AD，会被所有415协议学校拒录，还好荷兰没有这种东东呐~

Firstly, I would like to thank you for admitting me into your wonderful Msc program. But after a long time of consideration I've decided that I'll decline this offer and I feel really regretted about it.

I know it may come as a disappointment to you, but due to some certain reason it is very hard for my family to finance my study now as it will take longer time and will take place in two different countries, and I just don't think it's fair enough to ask my family to make such a sacrifice for me. And I'd appreciate it if you can understand my situation.

Rug is a great university, and it's quite a loss for me to have to give up the opportunity to study at Rug. Please accept my deep appreciation for your generosity, thanks!
