这算霸王条款吗—荷兰劳动法允许这一条款的存在吗

本人正在考虑一份中医的工作，各方面都很一般，只是前景不错。但是如果要签合同，就必须同意雇主的一个条件：离职后数年内不得在荷兰从事此行业。我这人不求富贵，但是最怕失去自由，对这一条很纠结。

但是有朋友说类似这样的条款荷兰劳动法并不支持，我想请教，荷兰劳动法中哪一条和哪几条与此相关，并且最终是如何判定这样的条款。

中国一些公司也有这条，很正常

it depends on. u should check carefully the description of ur position and how long u're not allowed to work at this same area after termination of this contract. the description of ur position is important, because sometimes there is a gap, which u can take advantage of it. Different field has different restriction. U should check and ask lawyer about ur field how long u're not allowed to work in the same field after the termination of this contract normally or legally. Sometimes employee states a very long periode which is actually not allowed. sorry for my poor english, cannot type chin.

你不喜欢这个条款, 签合同之前可以和雇主谈, 看是否可以把这条去掉.

但如果你同意的情况下签了合同, 就不关劳动法的事了.
