it depends on. u should check carefully the description of ur position and how long u're not allowed to work at this same area after termination of this contract. the description of ur position is important, because sometimes there is a gap, which u can take advantage of it. Different field has different restriction. U should check and ask lawyer about ur field how long u're not allowed to work in the same field after the termination of this contract normally or legally.
