HSP申请问题

HSP申请得成绩前5%才有希望吗?

今天收到UvA的email   但是我GPA太低 懒得申请了

Dear Sir, Madam,

We would like to inform you about the HSP-Huygens Scholarship Programmes.
This Programme provides full scholarships to international students.

If you want to apply for the HSP Huygens scholarship please reply to this email.

Please note the HSP-Huygens Programme is a so-called merit scholarship programme. To get the scholarship you must be an excellent student (high GPA, good references, well motivated).

Please note that the programme coordinator needs to support your application and the dead line for applications is January 31, 2011.

Please note we will strat the procedures from December 1st on!!! Nuffic will start the application procedure from November 1st on.
