To start up our sales in China we wish to get into contact with a young man / woman who is able to set up our sales structure in China. He or She will be supported in this job by our team in The Netherlands and by our team in China.

The Sales Manager China will be the key person between our company in The Netherlands and our future Sales Organization in China. During the startup period He or She has be flexible, undertaking and perseverance.

Sales Manager
-Job demands:

* University educated in Sales and Marketing- related area.
* Communicative, Flexibel, Commercial and prepared to travel
* Management skils; able to manage a team
* Prepared to learn and to invest in the job
* IT skils:
- E-mail and Internet browsing
- Lotus Notes
-A 'spider in the web' who can take care for optimum communication between our office in The Netherlands and our team in China.
- An official who is quick learning and intelligent.
- He/She must be pro-active towards eventual upcoming problems.
- Follow up our orders and to coordinate our requests.
- Be able to communicate by e-mail, fax, Skype and telephone.
- Good computer programs such as Windows and MS Office.
The position requires a certain amount of travelling in China , the office location will be in Ningbo.
The manager will stay and live in China. For meetings and product introductions he/sheis required to travel to the Netherlands.
A vacational training will be taken in the headquarter, the Netherlands before working. (1-3 months or so)
The job will close on 31st, October, 2010.
The interview will be in November, invitation to interview will be sent by the end of October either by phone or by email.
The salary depends on the person. The costs from a sales manager in China are very high, only think about the traveling costs.
In any case this person will get a base salary and a commission based on sales.
At start the person will be on the paylist from Clou - The Netherlands, so base salary is also according to EU standards
Holidays as Dutch regulations. We offer somebody a very interesting and challenging job. He sells a lot, he will earn also a lot of money.
