上海签证的时候双认证需要提前做完吗

马上要去上海做签证了

但是出生双认证还没有去使馆盖章

有经验的朋友能否告诉我办理签证前是否要先去使馆把双认证的章盖好？大概需要多少时间？

可以取签的时候去弄荷兰使馆的认证的，第一个窗口是认证的，先去拿个申请表，填好，录取通知书和认证书给他们就可以了，220元一份，一般4、5个工作日可以拿，可以代领。
其他三个窗口是签证的，材料：1. MVV表（2页），先贴好照片，以免被骂，2.护照及其复印件，3. 身份证及复印件，4. 户口本及复印件，5. 2张照片（1张贴在MVV表上），6. 学校的Visa Approved的通知，7. 双认证（工作人员有问到，我说还在办，也没说什么给我办了）。3个工作日后可拿，也可以代领。

. MVV表 可不可以用自己在网上下载的打印表~还是一定得在使馆领了再填写~

可以打印出来，填好，贴好照片。不放心可以发Email问，sha-vz@minbuza.nl

签证可以不交双认证。

Please prepare the following documents:
-MVV application form (filled out completely and signed)
-two recent passport pictures with white background (one attached on the application form)
-original and copy of passport and Chinese ID card
-copy of notarised and legalised birth certificate
-copy of hukou
-copy of university enrollment letter

Legalisation openinghours:  Monday - Friday 09.00-11.30
Procedure: 5 workingdays
Documents: Birth Ceritificate which has been legalised by the Chinese Foreign Affairs

You need to fill out a legalisation form and submit a copy of your ID card as well, together with another copy of your university letter

So If you would like to do both at the same time, you can submit for visa application all the other documents without your copy birth ceritificate. Visa application takes 3 workingdays. And someone else can collect your Birth Certificate.
