请问一下和小公司的CEO见面一般会谈些什么

是个技术职位，技术面已经面过了了

He/She want to see what kind of person you are, if you have good character, can cooperate with others, if you are trustworthy and moitivated  etc...

Best way is just be yourself, be honest(if these two points don't conflict with each other :D) , show interest in your work and the company, show motivation...and don't overdo it..
