I wanna ask one question: do I have to pay 855 aprox. for the MVV for visiting family in the Netherlands, according to the new policy after July 1st this year?

1）有了房产证明，是否就不再需要去办银行存款证明？
2）房产证明是不是房产证的复印件就可以，还是也要去公证和双认证的？
3）存款证明必须是中行的吗？工商银行可以吗？有否至少已存款3个月之说?

1。不行。房产是不动产，是不可以用来消费的。
2。没听说过。
3。最好是中行的，当然其他银行的也可以。证明的说法就是 冻结 至少三个月。 还有半年，一年之说。

请问，如果想男朋友过来的话，邀请人用把自己的出生公正寄回去吗？而且出生公正必须是双认证吗，因为我只有一份双认证，寄回去了，对我还有用吗？

Birth certificate also proves the relationship of you and your parents, that is why it is needed. In case of your boyfriend, birth certificate shouldn't be necessary, however, you should provide something else to prove your relationship with him.

By the way, for most purpose using the birth certificate, the original document will be returned to you. So don't worry.
