万能的博版啊~弱问出生证明

申到了一个荷兰PhD。现在那边学校要我准备一份出生证明，网上搜索后发现不同的人说法有些不一样。想问一下这个具体要怎么办？
这样的流程可以么：
带着户籍证明（因为我是挂在学校的集体户口），身份证，学生证去派出所开具证明
去公证处翻译+公证

父母的结婚证和独生子女证需要吗？公证处公证了以后需要再去荷兰领事馆公正么？

父母的不用，带着楼主自己的就可以了，双认证我是委托公证处做的，具体不详，大概800个银子左右全办好，话说这是天津的公证处代办价格。楼主好运

说实话这些问题lz应该直接去问当地的公证处，因为每个公证处的规定是不一样的，这也是造成网上答案不已的原因。

去出生地派出所开一个出生证明，如果你有的话就不用了，到户口所在地公证处公证，然后拿着这份公证再到该省的双公证处做双认证

好像政策有变啊，有谁知道该怎么办吗，要同时办理户口本的公证吗？

Notice for all new Chinese employees / students of Wageningen UR

We have received notification from Wageningen municipality that the registration policy for Chinese citizens concerning the birth certificate has been changed. This means that from now on the municipality has to ask for a so-called ‘hukou’ (a Chinese birth certificate) when Chinese people want to register with the municipality. Or they must show a notarized certificate which states that the birth certificate has been drawn up using a ‘hukou’. It is no longer possible to use the notarial certificate (old model) as a source document.
