1 申请费多少？52欧!!!
2 办理时间多久？交费后。三个月以内，但也不排除超过三个月。
3 可以提前办吗？可以，在旧ID过期前6个月以内都可以。
4 需要什么材料？自己用GOOGLE翻译的！

Deliver your application the following additional documents and documents:
- Proof of your (provisional) registration or admission to the institution, issued by the authority of the educational
- A completed and signed declaration Appendix financial resources for students
- Copy of the pages of your valid border crossing document (eg passport) showing your personal data and the validity expressions.
- A copy of the front and back of your current residence permit
Post your recent color photograph (not older than 6 months) and signature on the Schedule photo card that you find with this form.
> Make sure you complete the form.
> Add to your application all requested attachments, supporting documents and documents.
> Now sign this form on the front.
> Send as sufficient notice to the IND. Please use the return envelope included with this form has been given.
