JOB TITLE
Logistics Specialist
Description:
A. To set up and improve the logistics system of your designated country and ensure perfect logistic flow while maintaining highly customer satisfaction and cost reduction;
B. To responsible for the custom clearance of imported goods and have goods delivered to the designated places timely;
C. To responsible for warehouse storage and ensure goods safety & smooth flow
D. To operate various systems such as CES and ERP timely;
E. To support the PBCs of Huawei Benelux such as revenue, invoicing, and cost control;
F. To report emergencies to the Logistics Manager or Supply chain manager.
Requirements:
A. Bachelor or higher degree in logistics, commerce or trade;
B. Two year or more experience with logistics and imp.& exp. fields;
C. Good supervision of logistics service provider and warehouse management;
D. Familiar with customs clearance procedures and import & export business;
E. Working experience with world leading telecom manufacturer or in telecom industry is an advantage;
F. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
G. Must welcome challenges.
H. Fluency in English and Dutch.
I. Driving licence.
J. Dutch work permit.
And one intern:
JOB TITLE
Logistics Intern
Description:
A. IT operation: In accordance with guidance to operate HW internal IT system.
B. LSP management: Management of Logistics Service Provider through timely review KPI performance and abnormity record to find root cause to improve.
C. Payment: As per HW financial dept requirement to issue and submit payment document to financial dept ,and chase it until payment closed.
D. Exceptions coordination: to closely monitor and control physical cargo flow and information flow during transportation, and coordinate supporting resource to deal with exception issues, which ensure smooth delivery to our customer.
Requirements:
A. Basic background for Supply Chain or logistics.
B. Good skills for compute and MS office operation.
C. Excellent English/Basic Dutch would be advantage.
D. Relevant working experiences preferable.
E. Sensitive to data and analysis, have basic conception and skills to analysis
