actually, it is impossible to get a Dutch passport. if you marry with a dutch guy, you can get a Dutch passport, if you live with a Dutch guy for 3 years, you also can get one. if you can stay here working for 5 years, and of course you pay the tax, you can get one. those are the only 3 way to stay here... but, sounds impossible for us. if you realy wanna to get a EU passport, I suggest you apply for the British passport. if you can stay there for 6 or 7 years( i can not remember clearly), no matter what reason is, you can get a passport. haha. that is, if you can find a school to study here for several years, you can get it. and for Germany, you should stay there for 7 years.... so long, isn't it? but you can go to 87 countries without the visa if you have a German passport...
