包裹被海关扣了

今天去邮局取包裹，发现箱子的一侧已经被割开了，里面的东西少了很多。
包括一双运动鞋，一双帆布鞋，两双雪地靴。
箱子里面有个单子，上面都是荷兰语，google了一下，大概意思是
In a physical (access) control a shipment of mail destined for you from 0 CHINA, they were found by Customs goods subject to import relief provisions.
Upon subsequent investigation revealed that these goods as MANUFACTURES not be imported.
The said goods were seized by Customs and will, after formal contract signed by the prosecutor, be destroyed under official supervision.
If you believe that the infringing goods without authorization by the Customs seized, you can send a letter to Customs.
The address where you can write is: XXXX
Presumably in this case the destruction is the only result of this issue.
You do have to run to try to prevent you re-order these items or to be forwarded.
想了又想，这几双鞋子有什么违禁的可能呢？因为雪地靴是带毛的？鞋子是新的？
这个可以擅自拆开包裹，不用通知本人的吗？
我想写信问问原因，然后看能不能把东西找回来。
有没有人和海关打过交道，或者发生过类似的情况呢？

鞋子是专卖店买的，不是仿品，呜呜。。。请问还有可能寻回来吗？

基本不可能......

估计被销毁了
