关于补送资料公证翻译件-急

给学校补送了学位证和成绩单的翻译件，是在大学档案馆办理的。
学位证翻译件是一页，上半部是证书的扫描，下半部是学校的翻译，还盖了鲜章。
结果VU非说这个不正式，说是扫描件，要让我们大学重新做。。。

We have checked the copies of your diploma and transcript again and I have also discussed the situation with Ms. Wendy Maat. She cannot accept the copies as a certified copy of your diploma/transcript. It is not convincing that the documents, with the red stamps, are the originals. They look like photocopies. In addition, the documents are not attached to each other. Which is normally the case when they are made by a sworn translator. In general, certified copies from a Chinese University  are all attached together in a white booklet (the copies in the original language as well as the translated  versions). They often have signatures on it as well. We also need a certified copy of the original diploma, on a separate paper. This means that this copy must have a separate stamp as well.

我申请的时候就是和你的方法一样的，上半部分扫描，下半部分翻译，中间盖了章，投了三个学校，都没有任何问题啊。听小秘这意思是说中国的学位证书自己就有中英文对照，是白色的装订成册的？我觉得他说的应该是公证处开的公证件。看来VU只接受公证件啊。建议楼主给他们说一下，说你的方法也是对的，是学校官方开的证明，一样有效力，她说的是公证处的公证件，不过既然这样你还是会去做公正，再提交给他们好了。
