关于买房贷款的事

本来看中了一套房子了，想去MAAKLAAR突然通知说我老公不能向银行贷到款，因为我老公因为回国度假的原因，有二次没有及时付一些帐单，被银行列为黑名单，五年内不能贷到款，我们向银行解释，可是他们认为这并不是理由，大家知道真的是这样吗，有没有什么其它渠道可以贷到款的，或其它办法？谢谢呀·····

Being put in the black list of banks means big trouble.
Taking holiday in China is not a good argument since you can still pay the bill through internet or by calling.
You have to wait 5 years to be cleared out of the blacklist. Otherwise, you can loan under your name (not your husband) if it is possible.
