今年谁成功跳槽了？

新年过后，尝试了一下跳槽。但是有反应的几家公司提供的工资比现在的工资还低。看来今年跳槽的愿望难以实现。要不就蜗居家里拿WW算了。成功跳槽的请介绍一下经验。

I got an offer with higher salary at one company in Amstelveen last Sep, but did not accept due to personal reasons. Have few more times try, there should be better ones, good luck!

Actually, it is more or less depends on the luck if you can find a good job or not.

Even in financial crisis period, there are always positions open, do not give up, you would get one then.
