为什么要留学呢？

我不同意,你参加过国内考研么?我知道好多同胞在国内没考上才考虑出国的,虽说国内的硕士不咋地.

true, no matter what, you have to admit that the master entrance exam is really tough.

who passes the exam can at least prove two things.

(1) he/she is not stupid intellectually
(2) he/she is a persistent person

这结论下的 换句话说  whoever is abroad at least prove two things.

1. he/she NOT necessarily not-stupid
2. he/she NOT necessarily persistent

至于前面谁说国内这个不能专心研究了？那个不能平等对待了？ 说到底净说"环境"不好。
怎么不检讨自己水平？国也出了，研也读了，几年了工程研究出啥成果了？

我还没有确定要不要去

如果各位觉得在国内也很好，为什么要出去呢？有什么吸引人之处呢？

排除楼上说的因为考不上国内的才去国外这个无奈之举。

如果年轻+家里有经济条件，为什么不出来看看？ ------ 就跟去其他城市旅行一样或者度假，选个自己＂向往＂的国家。。。顺便收获一个国际认可的文凭，至少１，２年自己独立处理事情的能力一定会进步。这还不够么 ------ 没听说谁为了去哪里旅行问那么多为什么的？

说白了，留学的直接效果就是明白一件事："向往"的也不过如此，国内也没什么不好。

我也是这样想滴，就是看看这样想会不会很奇怪
因为有人跟我说这样的想法不够慎重，所以就要听听大家都是怎么想的

not all can meet these two points. To put it into another phrase, not all students in China can pass the exam either, rite?

Most Chinese students here are just like the most students in China, neither brilliant nor thickheaded. They are just normal students.

We choose to study abroad because of various reasons. Some reasons are decent but somes are not.

You'd better ask yourself why you want to go abroad. You need to convince yourself. That your choice. You need to be responsible for that.
