请问如何到Rijswijk (IND Office)方便？

收到了IND的信，全都是荷兰文（窘，给外国人的居留通知居然都用荷兰文写），似乎要去一趟Rijswijk镇上的IND Office,
具体地址在Sir Winston Churchilllaan 239.
请问从Leiden或者Oegstgeest怎么去最方便，坐火车，坐公车，还是骑车就可以？去过的能否告知一下。谢谢了！

做火车 到 Rijswijk （between Den haag hs and Delft) 火车站下车，

Hi,i came back from IND just now.Here is the rounte:Take a train(maybe stoptrain--there is no direct train to Rijwijk as far as i know) and when you get off the train,go straight on your right side ,take the elevator whicg brings you out of the station. After that,turn right and walk until you arrive the first crossing.The IND is just in the building ,you will see it clearly indeed--There is a sign on the wall.

Plus: My appoint is at 13 hours.I arrived at Rijswijk at 12:52 and it took me 3 minutes to get to the IND office. And then i took me 5 minutes to deal with the whole thing.

这个，还需要预约么？信中似乎没有说具体时间啊，只是告知办公时间是周一到周五9点到17点。

不需要，直接过去直接就可以办理了。

我今天上午刚去取了ID。路线挺简单，直接坐火车到Rijswijk站，出站一直沿着右手边的路走，都不需要过马路，经过Shell公司的楼，我个人感觉3、5分钟就走到了，能看到293（不是LZ说的239哦）的门牌号码；不需要预约，只有在他们工作时间去就行。进去之后到前台说明来意，会给你一个号码，进去一个大厅，就像在银行一样，按照自己的号码去相应的窗口就行，呵呵。
