On the website www.ind.nl you can find all the companies already registered for the highly skilled migrant scheme. On this site also is a link (http://www.dialogistiek.nl/ind/e ... m=registreerbedrijf) that companies can use to register for the highly skilled migrant scheme.
Together with this request the employer needs to send the registration of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 30 days) and the declaration of wage tax payment from the Dutch Tax department, the commercial register and the bank account number. The employer can contact the Tax department for information on how to obtain the declaration of wage tax payment (www.belastingdienst.nl).
The IND will try to send the company (employer) an account name and password, which are used for loging within three weeks after receiving the signed declaration for the admission of highly skilled migrants and when everything is allright. After the employer has been admitted to the highly skilled migrant scheme, application forms can be downloaded from www.ind.nl, using the login codes supplied, to apply for ( in your case) a change of purpose "verblijf gedurende zoekjaar afgestudeerden" (searching job year) to "verblijf als kennismigrant" (highly skilled migrant). If all is complete the IND will try to deal with this request within two weeks. |
