关于30 ruling,什么时候能真正拿到手?

5月19日收到Human Resourcde Services的来信.内容如下:
Dear Mr. xx,
I am pleased to inform you that we have received a positive decision from the tax authorities regarding your application in the framwork of the 30% scheme.
As further notified in your Letter of Appointment, the '30% scheme' can only be applied as of the 1st of January, once the tax-exempt period has expired.

呃。。。你们公司挺怪的。。。还要从一月一号开始吗。。。不过这个每个公司都不同吧。。。

我们公司是一来的工资就是按30%RULING发的，因为他们相信一定会申请下来的，就等于是先给钱再补手续
