住过Albertine Agnesplein 或Moesstraat 的请进

请问Albertine Agnesplein 和 Moesstraat 这两个房子，各有什么特点呢？哪个更好呢？ 欢迎住过的朋友畅所欲言，也帮我选选房子~~ 多谢啦！

差不多，都挺好，个人更喜欢AA，两个人住，分上下两层，上面那个好歹有点私人空间。

地点都很不错，在北方公园，建议读法律的和读教育的，读语言的，文化的，都去申请这两个，因为真的距离很近，很方便。

最大缺点就是，两个人share一个房间。

谢谢大使！看新生手册上说，AA隔音不大好，是所有的屋子都有这个问题么？还是个别现象？
哪个房子有室内自行车棚呢？

隔音最好还是红黄蓝楼，其他都一般。

有自行车棚，不在室内，在室外，不过也oK

M楼也很不错，位置很好，附近就是中国超市和jumbo，边上就是公园。大家共用一个厨房，厨具餐具什么的都不用买了。有车棚。住的都是国际学生，氛围比较融洽。经常有大家组织的party。

First, if you live on the upper floor, it is freaky hot and even difficult to breath in the winter,spring and autumn(even now). Because the lower part is cold, so ur roomate will turn the heater on to the most. It could kill you.
Second, if you live downstairs, your life will be seriously affected by ur roomate(If he or she is a jerk, that is a disaster!).
Third, Albertine Agnesplein is already not an international student house, it is a chinese land. Foreigners leave, Chinese come.If you want to see only chinese people in your student house, you can come. Or else, u had better choose another one.
