你们可不可以试着用什么长长的东西去动它一动？比如很长很长的棍子之类的

snake is not active at this temperature, and most snake don't bite people unless it's real necessary. I have catched many snakes for fun when I was in China. if you don't hurt them they don't bite even you pick them up.
just leave it alone, but I guess it's not a snake , I never see a snake in Netherlands, snake need warm weather or plent of sunshine to be active and digest their food.

荷蘭的氣候和野外環境，很少會有這類動物。 有的也是在動物園的特別環境飼養下。
