Hey there, kamerburo still has some furnished rooms available for UM international master students (non Dutch, German and Belgian). In order to get a room via kamerburo, you need to become a memeber first. It means you have to pay 30 euros membership fee. Which can be done by credit card online or you can transfer the money to Kamerburo via the bank. More information, please visit the website of Kamerburo.

I think you mean the room from the Guesthouse.

Honestly I think it is a good choice for you. The facilities of Guesthouse are really good. Right now it is hard for you find something really cheap when you are still in China. You might first take the offer and try to get something cheaper afterwards. In november, it becomes much easier for new students to get good offers in the city.
