ADMINISTRATION MANAGER / PA to CEO
Functions
In this role you will be the contact point for the company’s CEO in providing all necessary facilities assistance, and you will carry full responsibility for impeccably handling all administrative and support functions within the company. In doing so, you will manage a team of administrative professionals consisting of office assistants and reception staff, and will extensively liaise with external and internal partners. In acting as the CEO's Personal Assistant, you will continuously deal with high-profile clients from a variety of emerging markets, and will ensure the smooth and effective handling of business correspondence and database management.
Requirements
- This role requires someone with at least 10 years of experience in an Office/Administration Management role, including strong team management experience. You will bring a strong track record in serving senior executives/board members to the table.
- You will need superb communication and social skills along with excellent verbal and written English skills; Arabic and/or Dutch would be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- You will need to demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, the ability for confident decision-making, and an impeccably service-oriented mentality. Additionally, you will need to be able to work flexible hours, and will be resourceful in solving problems. Cultural sensitivity, diplomacy and etiquette are key in being successful in this position, as well as unfaltering attention to detail.
- Previous experience in dealing with (Middle) Eastern clients, as well as higher educational qualifications, will be of added value to this role.
