关于container or spacebox

我及另外一些人被告知今天搬家，于是我今天一早到du Wo拿新的房屋合同。果然faint,合同上赫然写着我们不可以提前终止合同。我问du Wo的工作人员，根据荷兰法律任何人都有理由提前终止合同，为什么我们不可以。答复是“the management of du Wo and MSc office made the decision together，and she cannot explain further to me“ 然后她告诉我，我必须在明天下午3:00前把钥匙还给du Wo，而且明天我房子的锁会被换掉。意思就是，如果我不签这份不平等合同，我明晚就要睡在马路上。所有要搬家的同学都要面对这个问题，只是我们几个是最早的。我们不想向du Wo屈服，但我只剩不到26个小时来作出选择。也许今天下午我就会去签这份合约，因为我不想睡在大街上，也不想在Roland与人合住，当然在这么短时间内找到合适的房子更没可能。

对不起大家，希望革命自有后来人吧。

现在正在研究打官司的可能性， 如果打赢了，在这种被欺骗情况下签的合同也有可能算无效。

Isn't this problem already solved ?  The contract for spacebox is not compulsory for 1 year anymore.
