I am setting up a non-profit organization to help chinese students.
If you are in Delft, I maybe able to help you find a cheaper room.
Send a email to me if you want to switch a cheaper room, I will make an appointment with you to look at your contract, and find a room which is cheaper.
Before you go to the court, you need to be clear about what are your rights.
It is in my opinion unlikely that you need to go to court for this, because most of times you can get your rights by just looking at the contract.
If you really want to go to court, you can go to bureau rechts hulp, I don't think they will refuse you because there is no money to be made. But question here is if there is an issue to go to court for.
I live in Delft, if you could send me an email, we can make an appointment to look at your contract and discuss about it. |
