who can do ?

我目前在做个项目，该项目需要20个能说荷兰语来自中国北方方言区，英语水平大体一致的（比如说通过了雅思或托福）中国人进行录音。录音包括28个2句话的对话，一个小故事和一组句子重音的判断，大约一个半小时完成，我导师付费，完成了每人20欧(the traveling fee is not included)。Who can help me? Looking forward to your reply.

南方人不过是东北口音。。。。。

不会说荷兰语，呵呵。
也没过雅思托福。

北方口音，荷兰语马马虎虎，英语没考过雅思和托福，应该比国内的六级好点，只是有点远，如果没有同城的才考虑我吧
