It's actually cheap~  In Chicago downtown.  It is 8 dollars for 1 hour, and up to 35~40 dollars for 24 hours.

It seems Amsterdam is paradise!

As for the registration procedure, I find a importation company, they can assist to deal with those things.

停一天可就不好玩了，我见过荷兰人停一天付50几欧的。你40 USD只有 28 EURO的样子。

如果LZ的车以后要出售的话，先预定一下 ，美国车应该比这边便宜很多吧

LZ, you can check this one http://www.autotrack.nl/ to know the price of your car in the Netherlands.
It's all in dutch, but it is easy to guess.

荷蘭是否需要有車很難說，因為有很多沒有車的人也一樣幹活地過日子。　

但是有一點我可以肯定地說的是，　『有汽車在荷蘭，不同時間去那裡和做些什麼事情也絕對比“沒有汽車”來得方便』。　
但是我主張人也是盡量使用“公共交通工具”如果沒有認真大的需要的時候。
