读完Hogeschool能转学University吗？有没有限制条件之类壁垒？

可以,但是只能读本科的大2课程.不能直接申请硕士

读完hogeschool就跟没读过差不多

not really, If you study well you can go to study in univeristy, but it's according to you grade. that's true if you want to study in university again from second year.but I don't think is that usefull.
荷兰同学会?hehe,witch one, there is only one real student unin with KVK number is acssnl.next time better use full name, ortherwise people get not idea about what you talking about.hehe
Kane if you never study in hogeschool, you can never say something like that. most big company like ABN bank ING bank like the people from hogeschool, what the hell you know about hogeschool, don't know any thing don't say anything, ok?

I thinks what they ask is how to study master degree, not banchlor. If not, they can just study again with not question, Say something you are not sure is not funny!
