Compare AD is simple but complicated.
First of all you should have a priority list, what is important for you. Then collect information.
Delft Bio-medical has a very good lab doing walking robot, but I have no idea for their reputation, seems not bad. They have a lot of contact/cooperations in Japan. There once were two Chinese masters, but already graduated for years.
There is another direction doing design for fake limb (sorry, don't know the correct English name).
My information is at least 2 years old. So please check website for more information.
The Dutch system is a bit different from Chinese, US and Japan system (no clue for UK). Master is composed by 2 years but not completely in the lab. The first year starts with very general and compulsory course and then narrow down. The end of the first year you have to choose your direction.
If you don't know what do you want to dedicate in, I suggest you go to a university with a broader reserch area. So later you can have more choice.
