Urgent-Does application of KM need signature of you and at which point?

Hey guys, sorry that I can't type Chinese here.

Here is the thing: My HR just asked me for my signature for my residence permit. I emailed her to ask about the details but it takes some time for her to reply.
so do you guys know at which point do they need my signature? is it a confirmation of application of KM? or is it the confirmation of acceptance of KM?

It's just I am thinking about going for another offer, but not in Netherlands, I wonder if I can still do that now.... ...they've started application of my KM for like a month now....

if you decide to go for another offer (not in NL),  just tell the HR to stop the process. It has no other impact (even your KM has been issued, the company can just cancel it)
