professional uni和uni有什么区别吗？

根本上来说H和U的区别是一个比较实用,一个比较理论.
当然这不是一个水平,但是从H毕业照样拿的是世界承认的本科学位!

我是知道荷兰的教育质量保障体系，和个别出名的大学。还有重要的就是低廉的学费和额小的担保

I heard something funny from my marketing teacher, he said, the education of erasmus is sucks, but the reputation is sky high. you know way? Because the teachers teach something like "X" but the exam is going to be like "Y". So the students from the hell must be good.hehe.
But as we know erasmus is much more busy than hogeschool.
