人啊，都是贪心的呀！

don't agree...it's our right. We work for it and we deserve it.

BTW for paremental leave you can withdraw your life-cycle saving money :D

Now I understand it will be released by the new policy in the "life-cycle saving"

PARENTAL LEAVE 是和PART-TIME 性质一样, 没有钱拿的

那不同之处呢？ 大家讨论一下。
1。 pension? 但也要 willing to bear the full additional cost himself
2。 另外，如果在此期间laid-off, 可以拿100%*70% 失业金， 而part-time只能拿parttime %*70%? don't know.
3。 更灵活，比如产假后休3个月，其他时间full time, 或者前半年每周2天，后半年full time。
4。 ？

休parental leave 是我们的合法权力吗?
我只申请了一天，老板还唧唧歪歪的：
We pay according to the rules 62,5% of the costs, meaning that we can not afford to pay for full replacement. Hence I must ask you not to take more days then strictly necessary.

气人！

在大学或政府部门工作的人，前13周休parentsal leave 可以得到62，5%工资。
这就是为什么老板不乐意！
