欧盟内移动不需要申请当地ID的，我想只要报个地址人家就以为我住在那里了呀
或者我去那里工作个半年啥的

确定，因为其中一个材料就是你的比利时ID,而且是非临时性的ID.
你也知道欧盟成员去不需要办ID.

1: you need to have a valid belgium residence permit.
2: Because of so many chinese bought (or make a fake chinese driver's license) and convert it into a belgium one, now even if you do have a chinese license, you will be asked to drive in front of the examer to prove you can actually driving. It is getting more and more difficult even in belgium

哈哈，你还动歪脑筋啊。赶紧去考吧。你要是在比利时报个地址，可麻烦着呢，不像荷兰，到市政厅通报转一下就好了，在比利时报地址你还得等警察来查房呢，有这钱租半年房子的，你还不如去考一个。
