请问双认证的国外方认证

是不是取签当天带去办就行了啊？还是要提前先办？

好像可以，不过等的时间长一些。需要5－8工作日。我通过email问过大使馆

不是说上海取签的时侯可以一起办掉吗，没说要等啊？

下面是大使馆给我回的内容：
A noterial certificates is a legal document if it is legalised by The
Chinese Ministry Foreing Affairs and this department.

You can submit the certificate (when it is already legalised by the Chin.
Ministry) during regular openings days and apply for legalisation procedure.
Costs are 190,- RMB (changeable due to exchange rate) and the duration of
the procedure is 5-8 working days.
