申请永居该需那些材料？

请各位达人帮帮忙。申请永居该需那些材料？
在下现持一年的工作签，之前四年是学生id，打算今年年底申请永久居留。关键问题是我的GBA地址在学生期间曾断过，之后又迁到别的城市。请问这样对我申请永居会有影响吗？

地址断了应该没有影响,只要你现在有地址~~~~~~

条件如下，你自己看看：

• 合法居留满5年
  
• 居留目的是长期的，比如家庭，工作
  
• 足够的生活来源
  
• 不对荷兰社会构成危害

要求提交的材料：

• 有效护照
  
• 医疗保险证明
  
• 现在的居留卡
  
• 你或你的伴侣的收入证明
  
• 已经合法居留5年的证明

公司律师帮我办永居时候，给我的列单，后来，不到2周IND就寄来账单，201欧，然后再也没有问我补过任何材料，3个月不到就给了我永居。

这个材料单应该正确的。 希望对你有帮助。


We’ll need the  following documents to apply for the indefinite residence  card:

-a photocopy  of your passport
-a photocopy  of your residence card
-an original  extract of the Municipal Authorities   
-a photocopy  of your signed employment statement (see attachment) and signed by HR  department
-a photocopy  of your health insurance
-a photocopy  of your last three salary slips
-an original  passport photograph (made by a Dutch photographer)

现在申请永久， 特别是荷兰的永久比较简单，同年工作的许多同学和自己 都拿到了。

楼上的那个问题就是去市政府取得在荷兰居住历史的原件。

regarding the question of the first floor (sorry, the chinese input stopped working...), it seems that they dunt have right to remove u from current address if you haven't reported the new one.  And even you have certain period not living in the netherlands, For instance, I have 4 months living in UK and reported to the cityhall that I will be moving out from the address and will live in UK, this doesn't impact the idefinite residence in the end.

这个应该就是传说中的GBA，住房地址证明。需要六个月之内的。

请问LS各位如果我的住房合同是到10月份（之前在市政厅登记地址交了合同），合同期满之后，我搬出来，但房东同意将我地址留在那里，这种情况我还需要跟市政厅说明情况吗？还是默认你没去迁出地址就一直合法住在原来登记的地址？
