why don't you call ind?
they have a no. for ppl outside holland!!!

nobody here can give you the exact answer, its only up to ind
so u better call yourself!

maybe it cost some money to call from china, but it worth!!!

i did call them couple times. but the line was always occupied and let me hear those boring  musics. no interest on stupid waiting.
so i try to get some helps here.
maybe someone has had same situation like me and share his experience.
its nothing to do with the money. when i was in the netherland, my parents, and grandma phoned me quite often.
