在公司实习没满一个月辞职公司有权不给工资吗？

工作太不对胃口，上司也克扣，所以昨天辞职了，然后MANAGER说因为我们花了时间培训你，工资已经打到你卡上了，我们要求你退还给公司。
我就郁闷了，我这没满一个月的实习（有24天）也做牛做马那么久，他们有权不给工资吗？

they should pay you for those days you have worked. but if other agreement in your contract, maybe the situation is different.

the problem is you are trainee, not working full time. Trainee means that the company will take some time to coach you. You remember the purpose of trainee is studying, not working, no matter how many benefits and contribution you have made for this company and how much efforts you have made, you are still learning there. Trainee is that the compant help you to grow up, not you help the company.

I do not understand what reasons caused the problems. But try to show your positive side and solve problem instead of  fighting with company. Good luck for you!

你有实习合同吗？ 如果有哪就不怕。大不了退了那几天你没有做满的钱。应该是你的，自己留着就好了，就算你不给他们退回去又能怎样呢？放心吧
