急问：合同中的30％ruling条款

合同里是这样写的：
During the term of your appointment you are entitled to avail of a tax-free extraterritorial allowance amounting to approximately 30% of your gross salary. Under the condition that the tax office will establish the fact that you have “specific expertise that is not or scarcely available on the Dutch labour market”, you may be qualified for the 30%-rule. The tax inspector is responsible for approving this request and for determining the period for which this 30% rule is valid. If you benefit from this rule, your gross salary will be reduced with 30%, in connection with the fact that a tax-free allowance (i.c. 30%) for extraterritorial expenses will be granted by the TU Delft. You pay lower contributions (pension, employee insurance contributions), but future benefits will be based on the lower gross salary too.

上面的话的意思是不是如果我要享受这个30％的话，学校给我的薪水就要减少30％？如果按照这个规定，那我每个月净收入会是多少（按照原来的毛收入2916每月）？

从合同字面理解是这样。不过这个楼主不要着急，因为正式合同是你到荷兰后才能签，那时你再选择要不要30%RULING也不晚，到时你可当面问清楚，至于哪个对你最有利，秘书最清楚的，一般她们会如实告诉你的。

如果你申请了30%ruling，那么缴税就只按毛收入（2916欧）的70%（大约）缴，然后会把免掉的30%那部分一并发给你的。

ls说的对。应该是说你选择了30%ruling 之后，因为应税基数少了，交的保险和养老金也会变少，那么将来能享受的福利也相应会减少.

你的税前工资不会受到影响，只是其中３０％以免税的形式发给你，每个月应该可以少交几百块的税．

如果实在不放心，可以要秘书发有／无３０％ruling 的两份工资单给你看，就明确了.
