关于Application for Schengen Visa 申请表

各位，马上要领MVV，上海领事馆要我提交材料，需要填写shenggen 申请表。
24. Number of entries requested/申请入境次数

–Single entry/一次入境–Two entries两次入境
–Multiple entries/多次入境
25. Duration of stay /停留时间
Visa is requested for: ______  days/
申请 ______  天签证
26. Other visas (issued during the past three years) and their period of validity/其它签证（最近三年内）及有效期至：

27. In the case of transit, have you an entry permit for the final country of destination?/如需过境，你是否有进入最终目的国家的入境许可–No/没有–Yes , valid until: /有，有效期至：                    Issued by:/签发机关：

* 30. Date of arrival/抵达日期

* 31. Date of departure/离境日期



这些不知道如何填写，我的工作合同是一年，这个停留时间是填写一年吗？

24. 选multiple
25. 就填一年啊
26. 有的话就填啊，没有就写no吗～
27. 不需要过境的话就直接空过去就可以了
30&31反正填你入荷兰境之前的时间就ok了吧～离境时间，一年再加上几天。
